We recognise that one of the problems about buying furniture without seeing it is that you can't try it out first. That's why we introduced a 14 day trial period on all our products so you can not only try out the furniture but also try it in the place that matters, your home. Once we have delivered the furniture you have 14 days to decide whether it is right for you. As long as you contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery you can cancel or exchange to another colour, model or size. As long as the furniture remains in good condition we will collect it or exchange it. Should you decide to cancel we will give you a full refund for your furniture. Please note delivery fees are non refundable and we charge a fee for collection equal to the delivery charge.
